2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Norman Health Products & Services B.V. and consumers who place an order via funghiclear.eu.

3. Offers and Product Information
All offers are without obligation and subject to availability. Product descriptions and images are intended to be as accurate as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the seller.

4. Conclusion of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer completes the order and payment, and the order confirmation has been sent by email.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Payment Methods page.

6. Delivery
Orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery times may vary per country but usually range between 1 and 2 working days. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating a reason. FunghiClear extends this right to 30 days.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the consumer receives the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact customer support before returning the product.

8. Conditions for Returns
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Returns must be reported to customer support before being sent back.

9. Return Costs
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

10. Refunds
Refunds are made within 5 working days after the returned products have been received and approved. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

11. Complaints
Complaints regarding products or services should be submitted to customer support. The seller will respond as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days.

12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on funghiclear.eu.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
